For customers who reside or are travelling overseas, you are still welcome to browse our jewellery collections online and make purchases in any of our physical stores when you visit or return to Singapore. Our team will be happy to provide guidance on available options.

Maxi-Cash operates on a no-return policy for all jewellery purchased online, as each item is individually authenticated, inspected, and accurately represented before sale. However, we do facilitate exchanges under specific conditions, depending on the nature of the concern and the item’s condition.
