• The pre-owned bag is in its original condition and placed in its original packaging with all tags.
• You must produce the original invoice.

We reserve the right to turn down any requests for exchange should the above requirements are not met. You may also sell your pre-loved bags to us – as the first pawnbroker in Singapore to provide instant cash via PayNow, you can receive funds immediately, securing you in times of need.

In the unlikely event of receiving a compromised item, reach out to support@maxi-cash.com within 24 hours of receiving your pre-loved bag. Our commitment is to resolve and address any potential issues, ensuring you possess nothing but genuine luxury.

Every bag from Maxi-Cash comes with a 7-day exchange guarantee for NETT-priced items. Should you receive a damaged item, you must reach out to us at contact@maxi-cash.com within 24 hours.
